Zoe Bible Church

Scott C. Kiekover was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Shortly after a serious car accident, he made a decision to live for Christ.  Not too long after becoming born again he went on a mission trip to Jamaica.  It was there when he sensed the call to ministry.

He then felt the need to get away from his hometown and decided he was going to move to Alaska but the Lord had other plans.  On the way to Alaska, he was detoured and led to Tulsa, Oklahoma where he then applied to and was accepted as a student of RHEMA Bible Training Center.

While there he met his wife to be, Michelle.  They would both Graduate RHEMA in 1995 and soon thereafter become married in Michelle‘s hometown of Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Soon after getting married, they would move to Michigan and become involved in Resurrection Life Church of Big Rapids and for the next three and a half years would serve under Pastor Don DeVlieger as children’s ministry workers as well as youth pastors.

While serving under Pastor Don DeVlieger, they would receive the call to move to Montana and pioneer ZOE Bible Church. After about a year of preparation and the welcoming of their first child, Sarah Joy on August the 24th 1998, they would  depart for Montana in December of that same year.

And so the pioneering of ZOE Bible church began and it continues to grow more each day.  Along the way however  Scott and Michelle Kiekover would have two more children.  Shelby Faith born on September 27 of 2000 and Seth Donald born December 5, 2002.

The Kiekover’s live a very active life.  Besides keeping up with their three children and all that the ministry requires, Michelle is a fitness instructor at the Billings Family YMCA.  She has been there for eight years and really enjoys teaching her classes and loves the people so much.  Pastor Scott on the other hand is an outdoorsman and enjoys pursuing the great state of Montana’s wildlife as often as possible in an effort to quench is insatiable desire to hunt and to fish.
